We accept payment via Paypal, Cheque and postal orders.
Please make your payment as soon as possible, and make payable to nick bibby.

Shipping
We ship within 1-2 business days upon receiving your payment. No shipping on weekend and public holidays.
We ship world wide, transit time normally about 7-14 days.
Item price, Shipping and handling are non-negotiable. For international posting please contact for a quote.
Return
We do our best to serve each and every customer the best we can. We must be notified within 7 days upon received. Returns after this period will not be accepted. Shipping on items is non-refundable. Under no circumstances do we cover return shipping costs on exchanges, defective items, refunds, or damaged items. All returns must accompany the original packaging and include all original accessories which accompanied the original shipment. Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to reject any returns if the proper guidelines are not followed.

Repairs - Under warranty
Warranty work will not be carried out on units that - intentionally been damaged, scrached, broken hindges, cracked screens, water damage, dropped, case broken, miss use, not following instructions. If your items falls into any of theses catagories then a charge will be levied on your DS.
Warranty Repairs
Any and all repairs completed under a warranty claim do
not have their own warranty, or warranty period. Any warranty repairs
and repair parts become part of the whole unit and are then subject to
original date of purchase rules ie; any repair is then covered under
original date of purchase warranty.
All our units are built to order. All units are built using genuine and none genuine parts, where possible genuine parts are always used. Some units are built using replica cases, please email for details.
